Hi! I’m Jodie, a certified Yoga Teacher holding classes in Rotherham/Sheffield, and online through YouTube.

I teach vinyasa flow yoga classes suitable for everyone, and I am also trained in prenatal and postnatal yoga. 

I love sharing the magic of yoga with others, and creating beautiful yoga flows that benefit both the body and mind.


There is no judgment and no expectations in any of my classes! 

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHERE CAN I FIND THE CLASSES?

Wickersley classes: At Wickersley Community Centre and Library, S66 1JJ. 

Enter the building through the front entrance and turn left into the main hall downstairs.​


Kiveton Park classes: Kiveton Park and Wales Village Hall, S26 5RG. Enter through the main doors and straight ahead into the hall. If the front entrance is ever closed you can enter down the left side of the building.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A PACKAGE OF CLASSES?

You can purchase a package of 5 (£36) or 10 (£69) classes by emailing me at yogawithjodie@hotmail.com. Let me know if you’d like 5 or 10 classes, and I’ll email you back with a unique code to book your classes. 

You can pay for your class package with cash at the next class you attend, or you can bank transfer. 

You can book the 5 or 10 classes as you wish through the booking page, you don’t need to book them all at once.

HOW DO I PURCHASE A NEW YOGA MAT FROM YOU?

You can purchase a brand new yoga mat from me for £25 by emailing me at yogawithjodie@hotmail.com, or ask me in class. Sometimes I have some in stock, or I can send you a link to show the colours available and order one for you - it will take around 5 days to arrive. I will then bring it to your next class. You can pay by cash at the next class you attend, or bank transfer.

CAN I TURN UP TO A CLASS WITHOUT BOOKING?

You are welcome to turn up without booking and pay cash/bank transfer at the class, however it is helpful to book online so I know how many people are coming to the class, and ensure there is enough space left for you in the class and enough yoga mats spare if you need one. Do bear in mind if you turn up without booking there could be no space available but I’ll do my best to squeeze you in!

WHY DO YOGA?

Join the movement, finding peace, 
in body and mind.

Anyone can start doing yoga, you don't need to be flexible, spiritual, or anything else you may think. 

There are so many benefits to yoga that everyone can gain something from it! 

1. Physical 

The physical body is probably what most people think about with any form of movement/exercise. And yes, yoga will transform your body with a regular practice. Each class will strengthen, lengthen and tone the muscles in your body. Along with other wellness practices (healthy diet, fresh air, mindfulness etc) you can completely transform your being!

2. Mental/Emotional 

Yoga has great benefits for the mental and emotional being. It has been proven to massively help with depression, anxiety and PTSD. A yoga class really brings you to your self, and your breath. This combined with flowing movement helps calm the mind, which can take you to a place of surrender and peace. With time, you might find yourself living in a more peaceful state every day, with more clarity and connection - which then shifts your whole life.

Yoga is healing.
